A leading UK-based field services company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling Officer to manage and oversee visit scheduling and warrant applications. Based at the Head Office, this hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days in the office and the remainder remotely, ensuring a balance of collaboration and independent working.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage scheduling for all visit-related activities, ensuring timely allocation and completion.
* Administer the recruitment and setup of field agents, including ID cards and system maintenance.
* Monitor and action postcode allocations, transfers, and agent work reallocations.
* Liaise with field representatives, engineers, locksmiths, and third-party suppliers.
* Schedule and manage Rights of Entry Warrant applications and executions.
* Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and completed on time.
* Provide support and guidance to field agents to help them achieve targets.
* Produce and distribute management information (MI) reports as required.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
