JOB DESCRIPTION
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 13 year old young man living in the RHYDYFELIN area with my family. I am looking for PA’s to assist me out in the community as like to be out and about doing things I love including walking around parks, swimming going to the beach and maybe stopping for my lunch on the way home. I would like to go to the trampoline park too but in the quiet times.
I have sensory processing disorder, Pica and Severe Autism which means that I can get very anxious at times and try to hurt myself and I will lash out pinch and shout and find things very overwhelming. I wear ear defenders at all times as I don’t like loud noises or being around big crowds.
I am nonverbal but I can say certain words that you will understand and be able to communicate with each other. I am double incontinent so personal care is needed.
