As a Facilities Management Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on residential and commercial cleaning services. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facilities management, particularly in the cleaning sectors.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Tailored Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their cleaning needs and offer personalized solutions.
4. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals to meet sales targets and company goals.
5. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and deliver competitive solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in Sales: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the cleaning and facilities management industry.
2. Strong Knowledge of Cleaning Services: Experience with cleaning services and a deep understanding of the facilities management sector.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
4. Driven and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a passion for achieving sales goals and expanding business opportunities.
