This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to gain valuable Sales, Admin and Account management experience with a view to progress within the company in the future.ResponsibilitiesYour main tasks will include -Processing Customer sales orders.Customer Service via phone and email, handling customer and supplier enquiries and queries.Answering in bound telephone calls.Any general office administration tasks as required.Raising purchase ordersBook Vehicles and Transport for deliveriesEnsure the relevant materials are here ready for productionCompleting spreadsheets and information as requiredCreating quotes and amending customers specifications.Weekly stock reports and keeping all stock levels up to date and insure we always have a good level of stockYou will also be asked to help with further tasks, such as -Reviewing Customer recent order reports, identifying sales opportunities as well as business we may have lost then reporting back to the Account Manager.Assist with projects from Directors/Sales Reps as and when required.Person SpecificationExcellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiativeConfident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levelsExperience in using Microsoft OfficeMust be self-motivated & hungry to achieve successHigh attention to detailSales and customer service experience is preferred
