Technical Sales Engineer required for our client, a world-leading manufacturer of air & water pump systems for commercial, residential, and agricultural use who have their UK offices based just outside Derby.
Position Remuneration
* Salary 27,000 - 30,000, negotiable depending on experience
* 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

Due to internal progression, our client now has an opening for an additional Technical Sales Engineer to join their successful internal sales and projects team, based out of their offices in Burton-upon-Trent. The successful Technical Sales Engineer will join a team that works on a variety of different projects, largely within the commercial and industrial sector.
Position Responsibilities
* Working alongside the external sales team to receive specifications for projects and selecting the right products from the company's product range
* Selecting the correct pumps and related products, and then providing quotes directly to distributors and end users
* Assisting with technical queries from customers and offering potential additional project quotes for remedial works
* Meeting company sales targets as a team
Position Requirements
* Technical sales background preferable, ideally from any of the following industries: Pumps, Water Treatment, Drainage, Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Fire & Security
* Pump industry knowledge highly desirable
* Experience dealing directly with clients such as distributors, contractors, and end users
* Based within a commutable distance of Burton-upon-Trent (hybrid working available)
