Their clients are retailers including the likes of John Lewis and Fenwicks, so candidates applying with B2B customer service experience would have a natural advantage. Duties include: Order processing via phone & email trouble shooting product issues having in-depth knowledge of product ranges (new and old) Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers to ensure superior service Up selling to new and existing customers Rejuvenation of business Send out samples- follow up Taking incoming Sales calls in absence of Sales Team Operate Live Chat System Work as part of a team
