The Team & Focus of the Role We have a new role for an Administrator to join our Rural Property Management team based in our Herefordshire office. The team manages a private estate and assists with predominantly agricultural and residential portfolios as well as some commercial assets based on the estate. This hands-on office-based role would suit you if you’re from a previous administration background and you’d like to have the ownership of your own workload. The role will be providing support to the estate management team in a general administration role. Apart from background, we’ll be looking for excellent organisation and relationship building skills between external contacts such as the estate owner, tenants, suppliers and contractors, along with internal relationships with immediate colleagues and wider colleagues across the business. This is a permanent, part time opportunity (Mon – Friday, 9am – 4pm) however we operate a hybrid working policy and are flexible to discuss other working hours as long as our core hours of 10am – 4pm are covered or part time hours with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time) Duties will include: Assisting the estate management team with general administration task, managing the reception area and greet visitors, arranging appointments Being a point of contact and directly reporting to our client portfolios Inputting onto various property and compliance management systems such as Meridian, Re-leased, Xero & Focal Point Arranging planned and ad hoc maintenance of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties and assisting in the management of Residential, Agricultural & Commercial property compliance Assisting in organising estate employees Answering calls, emails and dealing with mail, data input, updating office-based noticeboards and maintaining accurate records, invoice processing Greeting visitors, preparing for meetings, diary management Managing office and maintaining supplies The successful candidate will have Ability to work alone and as part of a team A professional attitude with excellent people skills The ability to work under pressure Be versatile and able to tackle a variety of different tasks Experience or be open to learning compliance & property management systems such as Meridian and Re-leased Competent in the use of Word, Excel, Sharepoint and MS Teams High attention to detail Experience of arranging maintenance and repairs for property portfolios The ability to build and maintain positive & proactive relationships with clients & internal stakeholders Basic knowledge of buildings and property maintenance Why Fisher German?
