About The Role :
The Admissions Officer (enrolling Apprentices and Trainees) is responsible for managing the enrolment process for apprentices and trainees, from application to finalisation. You will provide outstanding customer service to our students, apprentices, and employers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
This role is critical in ensuring that courses meet the right student numbers and enrolments are processed smoothly.
Responsibilities -
* Engage with prospective students, providing accurate course and enrolment information.
* Guide students through the application and pre-enrolment process, ensuring eligibility assessments are completed.
* Process applications, assess documentation, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
* Maintain accurate records in BKI's student management systems.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.
* Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the admissions process.
About you :
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual with strong administrative and problem-solving skills with experience in the education sector (preferred). You will bring :
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Previous experience in admissions, enrolments, or a similar administrative role.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Competency in Microsoft Office and Student Management Systems (or similar software).
* Experience in an educational environment (desirable).
