Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's Lady Jane Court Care Home, you will be responsible for offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages accordingly.
* Completing reception-related administration and maintaining databases.
* Providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
* Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
