Job Description
As a Chef de Partie at The Wilmington, you will…
7. Prepare, cook and present food which meets specs and customer expectations
8. Be involved in the development of menus and presenting seasonal dishes and ingredients alongside our Head Chef.
9. Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors
10. Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time
11. Keep up-to-date with new products, menus and promotions
