Job Title: Paediatric Occupational Therapist Band: Band 7 Location : Southam, Warwickshire Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week Rate : Competitive, to be discussed upon application Pulse Healthcare is currently seeking a Band 7 Occupational Therapist with specialised expertise in paediatric care to join our team in Southam, Warwickshire. The post is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for an ongoing period of 2 months. What will your responsibilities be? You will conduct clinical occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to determine individualised therapy needs of paediatric patients. You will also develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing developmental challenges and enhancing functional abilities. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure holistic patient care. Provide education and support to parents/caregivers regarding therapeutic interventions and home exercises. You need to Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and modifications to treatment plans. Stay updated with current best practices, research, and advancements in paediatric occupational therapy. Qualifications and Experiences: Be HCPC registered as an Occupational therapist Hold a relevant qualification in Occupational therapy Previous NHS experience within an intermediate care setting The ability to build good rapport with patients Excellent interpersonal skills How to apply?
