Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Quality Inspector for a contract position. This role is critical for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Quality Engineer in developing Critical to Quality (CTQ) checklists and controls for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and established products Performing quality inspections and line audits in accordance with the CTQ checklists, recording any deviations Communicating inspection results to the Quality Engineer and other relevant personnel Assisting with the implementation of corrective actions when required Completing other duties as defined Job Requirements: Ability to understand quality standards and process requirements Experience in manufacturing processes and product auditing Proficient in Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of ISO9001:2015 5S awareness Knowledge and understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) practices Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment as an Inspector or similar role Desirable Skills: Experience working with a manufacturer of electronics products and assemblies Education: College graduate or similar qualification Working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 15:30, and Friday from 07:00 to 12:00.
