Experience of working in a similar HR/recruitment role is required. The ability to implement change is key to the success of this role and you will be working closely with the Head of People to identify and develop continuous improvement within our recruitment and onboarding process. This role would be suitable to someone with a strong background in administration with excellent organisational skills, who can work within the required remits of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the recruitment of staff. The Seckford Foundation’s people are at the centre of everything we do, to support and deliver the best possible education to our students, care to our residents of Seckford Care and to be one of the best local theatres in Suffolk. To further embed and build on this ethos we are moving away from the traditional HR function and developing a people focused department, to work with and empower colleagues to reach their full potential, across all aspects of the foundation. There is a warm, welcoming atmosphere within our department that underpins our culture as an organisation. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do and by working together with our colleagues in other departments, we aim to provide the very best opportunities for all our students and staff. The Seckford Foundation is one of Suffolk’s oldest charities, endowed by Thomas Seckford in 1587, with the mission to promote the education of the young and the care of older people in and around Woodbridge.
