About the Service
Tan y Dre Residential Services is a 4-bed therapeutic residential home, where our Residential Support Workers provide medium to long term care for young people aged 9-18 years old with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The aim of this role is to support them with their transition into safe and happy adults.
Our children receive a bespoke intervention tailored to their individual needs supported by a team of staff who are fully committed to understanding and meeting the child's needs and reducing the identified barriers.
Our therapeutic model will provide an environment where they will receive positive experiences of reliable, consistent parenting through providing specific and structured care, with very clear consistent boundaries.
Our aim is to provide opportunities and experiences that widen the individual's sense of belonging through our individualised support.
