Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic housekeeper to join our team in a vibrant hospitality and residential environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment by providing exceptional service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises.
Responsibilities
1. Weekly cleaning of communal areas in residential flats.
2. Occasional end of tenancy cleans in residential flats.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms in the hotel.
4. Clean rooms as part of the housekeeping team to an exceptional standard.
5. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing information about the hotel services and local attractions.
6. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and functionality throughout the hotel.
7. Monitor the exterior of the property, ensuring it is free from litter and well-presented at all times.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a hospitality/hotel/cleaning environment is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
3. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
5. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
6. Physical stamina to perform duties that may require lifting, standing for extended periods, or walking long distances within the property.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
