If so, we would love to hear from you We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Delegated Authorities (DA) Centre of Excellence Team as a DA Analyst. You will be working with Underwriters, Brokers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a first-class bordereaux service, whilst supporting data projects and process improvements. You will be required to manage timely processing of premium and exposure bordereaux data onto Zurich’s systems, investigating and resolving any data quality issues. You will be tracking timeliness of incoming premium/risk bordereaux data and escalating queries or incomplete records to the Delegated Authority Business Manager as appropriate. You will also be focusing on the design, implementation and improvements of various processes and procedures. Key responsibilities: Working closely with the DA Business Manager to design and implement improvements in processes and procedures. Contributing towards the delivery of Business Objectives by adherence to team KPIs and demonstrating Zurich behaviours. Working with various sources of data to produce meaningful insights and analytics. Oversight and management of the end-to-end bordereaux process. Performing health checks on a monthly basis for BDX processing. Validating bordereaux data and investigating any discrepancies. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of data quality and smooth operations. Timely and accurate reporting of terrorism data, premium bookings, and exposure information on Zurich’s systems. Ensuring data quality and accounts queries are resolved within acceptable timeframes. Carrying out any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Bordereaux or Underwriting manager. What are we looking for? Excel knowledge or interest in data, analytics, and technology essential. Coding knowledge and skills desirable. Understanding of Delegated Authorities would be beneficial but not essential. Strong Communication skills - This role involves a high level of engagement with a wide variety of internal & external stakeholders. Time management and flexibility to cope with varying workloads and pressures. Good judgement and decision-making skills. Confidence to question and challenge. Attention to detail and ability to think on your feet. Ability to adapt to changes and embrace new challenges. Ability to work in a team/team player. Good organisation and time management skills.
