If you're passionate about innovation, safety, and delivering high-quality solutions, we want to hear from yo u Engineer (R&D) - Engineering & Technology Departm entAs an R&D Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of designing, developing, and supporting products that meet our customer expectations while ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications and standar ds. Key Responsibilit ies:Design, develop and deliver products to cost, quality, and on-time delivery standa rds.Create detailed design documentation including specifications, drawings, calculations, models, and test procedu res.Conduct trials and tests, ensuring safe assembly, disassembly, and inspection of produ cts.Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering to design for manufacturabil ity.Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement effo rts. What we’re looking for:A degree or relevant experience in Engineering or a related discip line.Strong technical skills in systems engineering, design software, and product develop ment.A commitment to Safety, Quality, and Environmental stand ards.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relations hips.Proficiency in IT, including Office 365 (Teams, PowerBI, Planner, Dynamics, e tc.). Engineer (Process Support) - Operations Depa rtmentAs a Process Support Engineer, you’ll work on designing and developing safe, lean manufacturing processes for both new and existing products. You’ll ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and are cost-effe ctive. Key Responsibi lities:Design process layouts, jigs, and tooling to optimize prod uction.Lead Risk Assessments and implement lean manufacturing m ethods.Analyse existing products and processes to improve efficiency and q uality.Provide written operating instructions, route cards, and training for production per sonnel.Support root cause analysis and corrective action management plans. What we’re look ing for:A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related dis cipline.Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Green belt pref erable).Experience in a production environment with a focus on process impr ovement.Strong IT and communication skills.Knowledge of engineering processes, product safety, and certif ication.
