We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant / Administrator to join a lovely organisation – due to workload they are looking for someone to join as part of their HR Team on a temporary basis.

The role of HR Assistant / Administrator will involve:
1. Provide general administrative assistance for the HR department
2. Process new starter, leavers and right to work
3. Assisting with recruitment initiatives
4. Carry out inductions for new starters
5. First line advice on HR related matters
6. Monitor the HR mailbox and phone calls to provide first line support or assign to the relevant person for review
The ideal candidate for the role of HR Assistant / Administrator
1. Experience of working within a busy human resource team
2. Experience in assisting with recruitment
3. A solid background within administration
4. Good use of MS Office including Word and Excel with excellent attention to detail
5. CIPD qualification or working towards would be an advantage but not essential
6. Payroll experience ideal but not essential
7. Confident in communicating at all levels.
