Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? Protocol Education is working with a vibrant and supportive primary school seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team.
About the Role:
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate young learners in their early years of education. You will work within an busy, inclusive environment, helping to install a love of learning in your students while also supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for Key Stage 1 students in line with the national curriculum.
- Create an exciting and safe learning environment where children feel supported.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress to ensure their continuous development.
- Work closely with colleagues and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential).
