Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - Early Intervention Psychosis
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP) Team. We are a small but friendly team who would welcome the addition of a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to share their expertise. The EIP Team is multi-professional and covers the whole of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
The postholder will be integral to enable the team to offer a psychologically informed EIP service and specifically in providing and overseeing the delivery of evidenced based psychological interventions.
The post sits within the broader Adult Specialised Services Directorate and will be supported by the Directorate Lead Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
The postholder will also provide supervision and training to other disciplines in evidence based approaches and will facilitate team formulation meetings.
The postholder will help evaluate service developments and provide regular reports to management.
The postholder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the services policies and procedures.
