We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our passionate team on a 6-month contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our Directors and Leaders in driving commercial success. The Role: Collaborate with business unit leaders and functional teams to understand their financial needs and provide expert support in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Coordinate and consolidate accurate and timely financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business drivers. Continuously monitor and update forecasts to reflect changes in the business environment, managing risks and opportunities effectively. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, assess the impact of strategic decisions, and support scenario planning. Analyse financial performance, key metrics, and trends to identify areas of opportunity or risk, providing actionable insights to improve business performance and drive profitability. Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Monitor and analyse costs across different business functions and departments, identifying opportunities to optimise costs and improve efficiency without compromising quality or service. Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior managers and their teams, continuously evaluating and improving financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Key Requirements: At least 3 years post-qualified CIMA/ACCA with a demonstrable track record of delivering results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams.
