Role: Part Time Digital Marketing Manager – Bedford
Salary: circa £35K per annum dependent on hours
Working Hours: 25-30 hours a week part time

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with a global manufacturing business.
Working within the Marketing department, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage a range of marketing activities to support the wider growth objectives of the business, in line with company strategy and the annual marketing plan.
Responsibilities:
* Website Management – Play a lead role in the design, specification and build/implementation of a new website with integrated PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
* Email Marketing – Manage email marketing plan and technology platform to increase customer engagement and generate new business leads.
* End to end management of email marketing campaigns.
* A/B Testing and Segmentation.
* Social Media – Create and manage a social media plan to increase engagement and build brand awareness and affinity.
Additional required skills:
* PIM & DAM - Long-term management of PIM/DAM to improve management and dissemination of product and marketing data and assets.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth integration of any new technology and optimise data accessibility for marketing material creation.
* Graphic Design – Utilise graphic design to create compelling email marketing and social media content and support other design requests.
* Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge essential.
* Company Events and Exhibitions: Support the marketing team to successfully deliver internal and external events, to achieve objectives.
* Marketing Planning: Support the marketing team with the creation and implementation of the company marketing plan.
* Marketing Technology – Responsible for leveraging marketing technologies and new developments to enhance marketing activity.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
* Marketing experience required.
* Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience.
* Business to business marketing experience desirable but not essential.
* Experience in construction products related industry sectors desirable but not essential.
* Adobe InDesign, Express, Acrobat.
* Marketing qualifications.
* Self-motivated.
* Ownership and responsibility.
* Good communication skills including presentation skills.
* Organised with ability to work on own initiative.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Analytical.
