Milling Operative
Location: Hawick Mill
Hours: Perm. Full-time, 38 hours per week (3 Shift Rotation).

About the Role
As a Milling Operative, you will be responsible for consolidating the fabric structure to remove any oils from garments and accessories, ensuring the highest quality product. Instructions and details are all computer-based, so you will need to be computer literate. You will be operating multiple wash/dry machines simultaneously, requiring a high level of concentration. You will also handle bundles of products with care to deliver excellent work. Variation within our roles is welcomed, and you will work with different products every day.
Experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
