Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Duties:
1. Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and web-based platforms.
2. Provide assistance and information to customers via phone, email, or chat.
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
4. Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products applicable to their requirements.
5. Upsell products to increase sales on supplier focus days.
6. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
2. The confidence and ability to analyse customer requirements effectively.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to promote lines.
4. Experience in data entry is preferred.
This is a full-time role, working 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday in our head office. Saturdays will be required on a rota basis, either as overtime or a day in lieu.
