We are looking for someone with considerable experience, who will be able to provide high quality, professional executive support services to our Director of Home Strategy & Sustainability.
The role will be varied and you’ll be able to draw on your career experience to really make a difference in the role.
It’s likely that no two days will be the same and you’ll find yourself –
* Providing high quality executive support, including the completion of secretarial and administrative tasks
* Using your initiative to work independently resolving issues or problems, at times without direct involvement of the Director of Home Strategy & Sustainability.
* Providing diary management, email monitoring & response, travel and accommodation arrangements, meeting preparation and monitoring follow up actions
* Undertaking research or lead on projects on behalf of the Property Services Director, where appropriate
* Generating reports, presentations, policy papers and routine correspondence
* Planning and organising, meetings, workshops, training as required
About you
You will come to the role with a track record of success in an administrative role, having met challenging objectives, whilst delivering a high level of performance. You will be experienced in managing expectations and working within targets.
You are likely to have extensive experience in building effective working relationships at all levels, ensuring strong collaborative working and growing your network to enhance the service you are able to provide.
You’ll be a skilled communicator; handling enquires with confidence and ensuring information is shared effectively and comprehensive records are maintained.
You will be highly organised and won’t be phased by changing priorities and will manage your workload effectively to ensure any new deadlines can be achieved.
You will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office software and will have experience in using databases.
The role may require travel within our operating region, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
