Job summary We are looking to recruit a dispenser to join our dispensingteam working across two sites at Winterton and Burton Upon Stather. Regularweekly shifts plus additional shift cover ad hoc to cover colleagues holiday and sickness absence. Main duties of the job Toprovide drug dispensing services to the practices dispensing patients at bothWinterton and BurtonSurgeries. Process repeat medication requests, preparing prescriptions for patient collection. Organise collection of prescriptions with patients attending the practice. Process requests for acute medication prescribed following a clinical consultation. Organise medication for home delivery in liaison with the practice drug delivery representative. Deal with patient queries as they arise. Follow all protocols in place at the practice ensuring a safe, efficient dispensing service is provided. Work as part of the team providing monitored dossette systems for patients who are eligible.
