We are currently recruiting for experienced Repairs Planner/ Scheduler to join an established family run logistics company in Enfield. Please note this is an immediate start for the right candidate. Duties: Day to day duties will involve planning jobs, raising repairs as well as liaising with tenants and clients. Detailed knowledge of applying SOR codes is desirable As a planner / scheduler we need someone who has worked in a social housing sector before and is able to stay calm under pressure as it is quite fast-paced environment. You will need to be experienced dealing with members of public on a daily basis - booking in and rescheduling appointments, issuing letters, managing the diaries for up to 40 operatives, and allocating repairs to the appropriate tradesmen. You will be working alongside a junior which will be supporting you, please note that this can be an immediate start permanent for the right candidate.
