Job Summary:
The role consists of between 24 hours per week (8 hours per day), working in our Over 2's Room. The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction and supported to flourish in an environment which promotes each staff member to be the best version of themselves.

You will have the following experience, skills and attributes
5. Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare
6. Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development
7. Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning
8. Have strong written and verbal communication skills
9. A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework
10. Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice
11. Ideally previous experience in a similar role
12. Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family
13. Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
14. Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
