Overview
We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker to join the team working across our Blackpool services. You will be based at our St Pauls Road Service in Blackpool (FY1 2NY).
The service is a supported housing scheme where our staff provide different levels of support and guidance to individuals living in their own homes. Our aim is to promote independence and empower service users to develop their daily living skills.
Salary: £12 per hour
Hours: 22 weekly
There will be a requirement to travel for this position as you will be working across Blackpool schemes such as George House, Devonshire Court and Chatsworth Avenue. Therefore, you must have access to your own transport.

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From accessing the community to domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same.
We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces. You will work across our Blackpool services supporting the team with covering annual leave and training.

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.
