Marketing Administrator
Pembrook Resourcing are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their client, a well-renowned dealership within the area.
Marketing Administrator Responsibilities
* To update the Dealer Management System (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to reflect changing customer marketing preferences, as a result of marketing activity.
* To extract data from our DMS and CRM Systems based on parameters supplied by the marketing team, to enable campaign execution.
* To undertake competitor benchmarking after promotional offers are created to ensure the competitiveness of offers.
* To ensure that best practice in relation to the management of customer records is adhered to.
* To support the Head of Marketing with the fulfilment of data subject access requests.
* To help ensure our website is up to date with the latest promotional offers across our brand portfolio, and that all offers are checked for accuracy before publishing.
* To assist with the production of campaign landing pages according to a brief delivered by our marketing team, to ensure effective campaign delivery.
Marketing Administrator Requirements:
* Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels, both within the business and externally
* Previous marketing experience including creating content in highly regulated industries
* Working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
* Experience within the automotive industry
* Educated to A Level or equivalent, ideally in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline
