Join the LSH Auto family as a Service Advisor, where your customer service skills will be paramount to ensuring a top-tier experience for our valued clients. You will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, helping to facilitate a smooth service process.
Hours: 45
Salary: £27,500 basic plus OTE bonus up to £45,000
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming customers and managing service appointments effectively
* Documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues with attention to detail
* Providing clear and accurate estimates for service costs and timelines
* Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
* Updating customers on their vehicle status and recommended services
* Effectively handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
* A solid understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in service-related computer applications
* A valid driver's licence
