Our client, based in South Cambridge, is looking for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their team.
Job Description
The Sales Administrator will be office based, working 12.30-5.00pm Monday-Friday. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for a number of duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Answering incoming calls in a busy sales office
2. Processing phone, fax and email sales orders (using Sage)
3. Downloading website orders
4. Informing customers of any issues with their order
5. Liaising with our couriers to progress customer deliveries
6. Updating customers with delivery information
7. Providing customers with technical advice about the products our client offers (training will be given).
Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:
1. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
2. A mature attitude, conscientious, and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
3. Previous sales or office administration experience is required (minimum 1 year).
4. Due to the rural location, candidates will need to have their own transport.
