Receptionist Job Type: Full Time Location: Portsmouth Salary: Competitive Day-to-day of the role: Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries appropriately, relaying messages to the relevant solicitor or department. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring all visitors receive a great first impression as you will be their initial point of contact. Taking card payments and maintaining the presentation of the main reception area. Performing other ad hoc administration duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Preferably experienced in a receptionist role, ideally with a background in law. Experience in office administration would be an advantage. Pleasant telephone manner with excellent communication skills. Hardworking with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Commitment to providing excellent client care. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
