Maintenance Technician (Electrical / Multi) - Diageo

In this role, you’ll be a part of the local team, focusing on electrical and mechanical systems, from LV systems and lighting to BMS and air handling units. What you’ll do:
1. Perform maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment, including LV systems, lighting, and BMS.
2. Conduct mechanical system checks, including air handling units, pumps, and fan coils.
3. Monitor subcontractor performance and report any issues to the site management team.
4. Promote energy-saving initiatives within your area of responsibility.
5. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and participate in necessary training.
6. Use the CMMS system (Maximo) for maintenance reporting and task tracking.
What you bring:
1. City & Guilds 2382-12 (18th Edition) with City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing preferred.
2. HND or NVQ in Building Services or relevant subject.
3. 5 years of experience in electrical building services and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
4. Previous Competent Person (CP) or Authorised Person (AP) role is a plus.
5. Knowledge of Health & Safety, including CDM Regulations.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
