Project Architect Position Overview
* Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages
* Lead a design team at times
* Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings
* Working primarily at RIBA stages 3,4,5
* Submission of planning / building regulations
* Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
* Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
* Participate in team meetings
Project Architect Position Requirements
* ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 2+ years' experience within the UK
* Excellent design and drawing skills
* Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
* Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
* Ability to manage day-to-day project running independently
* Ability to work successfully within a team
* Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit
* Competent in technical detailing
* Knowledge of Passivhaus advantageous
* Proficient using AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit and NBS (Chorus) would also be desirable
