Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE
We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to join our clients growing team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users. From handling day-to-day support requests to getting involved in project work and system improvements.

Be the first point of contact for staff with technical issues
Be willing to help out and contribute to the build of hardware
Respond to queries via phone, email and other channels
Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions
Provide customer service and liaise with other departments
Skills and Requirements:
Able to support users at a 1st/2nd line base
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
Laptop, PC, printer support/troubleshooting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, Servers, Security
Driving Licence and own vehicle
