Hardware and Software Support Specialist

About the Role:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across a range of devices, including printers, laptops, and PCs. Your expertise in break-fix support will ensure minimal downtime and seamless IT operations for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on laptops, desktops, and printers
* Diagnose and resolve software faults, installations, and configurations
* Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and component replacements
* Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
* Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong hands-on experience with PC/laptop repairs and maintenance
* Expertise in troubleshooting printers and related peripherals
* Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications
* Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently
* Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
