You will be working for their client based in Stockton on Tees, a global supplier of furniture.
Hours of work are full time, 8-4.30, some flexibility on start and finish times to suit the individual.
Key skills needed are experience in typing, organisation, supporting management day to day. Administration. Using CRM systems to enter order details, Speaking to customers on the phone.
E mails, processing orders, sending out quotes, etc.
Part of this role will be based in the Customer Services side of the business, the other part will be working in the administration office doing secretarial work.
Other light duties will include providing light refreshments to the Directors, arranging meetings, managing Director’s diaries, etc
