Purpose of the Job:
To guide and otherwise support students who are vision impaired. Get involved in a range of activities, including leading a tandem bicycle with an appropriately aged young person, ice skating, paddleboarding, swimming, and camping trips.
Practical support: Some elementary cooking and cleaning up.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Active and energetic, with an interest in the outdoors.
2. Enjoy working with young people or those with a disability.
3. Hardworking, punctual, and organized, with occasional longer shifts.
4. Willingness and enthusiasm to get involved in a range of tasks.
5. A mindset of putting students first.
6. Lifeguard and first aid qualifications are advantageous or a willingness to train.
