The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
Littlefish is seeking a Senior System Administrator to come and join our growing Infrastructure team.
As the Senior System Administrator you will report into the System Admin Team Leader.
Your main duties will include will be general AD system administration, management of SCCM or Intune, application deployment, build management. You will also be required to work with customers to facilitate user acceptance testing. Clear thinking in how we investigate and resolve incidents will be critical, we expect our engineers to demonstrate clear evidence based thinking. Outside of incident resolution, we also expect our engineers to carry out requests, changes, assist other engineers in issues that theyre struggling with and participate in continuous improvement activities.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
* Experience of working in an MSP or enterprise environment
* Two years experience of managing either SCCM or Intune
* Intune and MDM management
* Autopilot and device compliance policy management
* AD Administration experience
* Scripting skills; specifically PowerShell
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Desktop productivity suite configuration and deployment (Office 365)
* Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks
* Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
* Self-motivator and able to motivate others
* Diplomatic when faced with issues
* Willing to undertake further training to fulfil the requirements of the role
* Willing to work additional hours to meet the demands of the role
* May be required to travel on company business ad-hoc basis
* Minimum 18 Months experience within a similar role
Desirable:
* MD-102 Endpoint Administrator
* Experience of application packaging
