Post Title: Corporate Performance Officer (2 Posts)
Location: The Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 23 months
Salary: £38,474 - £41,714
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The post holder will provide effective Portfolio Management support including delivery plan reporting, risk management and corporate performance reporting within the Council. As part of the Strategic Improvement & Performance Team, the post holder will also ensure performance systems are updated to enable effective monitoring and reporting of corporate performance.

Requirements
Experience of project management or significant experience working in a performance management systems environment. More than 5 years experience working with performance management systems.
Evidence of higher education and/or a continuing commitment to personal development.
