Seaton House, the upcoming 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and luxury that our guests expect.
What You'll Do:
* Lead, manage, and schedule the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained.
* Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures.
* Conduct regular inspections and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

* Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
* Exceptional leadership abilities and organizational skills.
