The Role:
To support the Head of Supply Chain across the Supply chain function. Specifically focused on the timely management of processing Customer orders from receipt of order through to purchasing goods through our automated system.
This role is based in their friendly office Moinday - Friday.

Supply Chain Functions will cover:
1. Maintain excellent Customer relationships and Customer Service levels
* Fulfil customer orders through the end-to-end Supply Chain process, from placing Supplier (Purchase) orders, through Despatch to Customer (Sales) Invoicing
* Resolve any Supply Chain issues to ensure a high level of customer service.
* Proactively keep customers informed of any updates regarding their order.
* Address customer enquiries and deal with them appropriately through to resolution
* Monitor and manage back orders through to despatch and delivery.
2. Maintain strong Supplier relationships.
3. Responsible for accurate and timely ordering of products to meet our customer requirements, ensuring we purchase the correct quantity, at the best price, delivered to the customer within the agreed timesca...
