Description We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our growing team in Stanford-Le-Hope. The HR Administrator will provide the People Team with proactive, effective, professional, and accurate administration support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. PLEASE NOTE : Due to the time of year, we will be reviewing CV's the week commencing Monday 30th December. We will then screen suitable candidates week commencing Monday 6th January. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. How you will contribute Process new starters, leavers, and employee changes, ensuring our systems and records are kept up to date. Support the Business Partners with coordinating Learning and Development across all business units, including arranging courses with providers, apprenticeships administration, diary invites and lunch arrangements where necessary. Support in delivery where necessary and maintain accurate training records. Provide relevant reporting information as requested. Support the team with initiatives and projects. Update, maintain and administer accurate HR records on our HR system, Oracle Fusion, and employee files. Create reports and analyse data to provide key insights for the people team and other stakeholders. Support the People Director South, HR Manager and HRBPs to coordinate meetings and events. Support the People team with arranging meetings in relation to sickness absence, disciplinary, or other ER matters, including letter preparation, diary management and minute taking. Maintain the data management of the sickness absence system, ensure the system is up to date, accurate and run regular reports. Consistently look for ways to improve and streamline our processes and procedures. Work closely with the People team to support with any other ad hoc duties and projects. What you will bring Domonstratable experience working within HR Administration Must be highly proficient using MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PP and Excel.
