Head of Growth Marketing & Guest Engagement
The Head of Growth Marketing & Guest Engagement is a pivotal role, responsible for boosting footfall and driving sales growth through a variety of marketing and engagement initiatives. This role will focus on developing localised strategies per site, optimising digital platforms for sales, fostering strong partnerships, and leading customer loyalty programs to ensure exceptional guest experiences and continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
Driving Footfall & Sales Growth:
* Lead initiatives that drive footfall and sales growth across all locations.
* Develop and execute local marketing strategies tailored to each site’s demographics and needs.
* Spearhead private dining and group bookings to maximize in-house revenue.
* Cultivate relationships with corporate partners, offices, and event planners to boost bookings and brand visibility.
* Lead customer loyalty programs to enhance repeat business and guest retention.
* Increase customer reviews and engagement across various platforms.
* Oversee PR efforts, social media presence, and content marketing to build brand awareness and a strong community presence.
Digital & Delivery Sales Growth:
* Manage marketing campaigns for delivery platforms like Deliveroo & UberEats to boost digital sales.
* Develop delivery-focused promotions to drive incremental sales in the delivery market.
* Partner with online influencers to promote the brand and drive content-focused campaigns.
* Build partnerships to increase exposure and foster a sense of community.
* Lead campaigns, menu launches, and special promotions to keep the brand top-of-mind with customers.
* Track ROI on all performance analytics to measure success and guide future strategies.

* Proven experience in a marketing role in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
