Conduct in-depth market analysis, generate pricing hypotheses, and establish testing mechanisms to refine pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing requirements are met and successfully implemented. Enhance pricing capabilities to drive sales, profit growth, and customer confidence. Work closely with Product Teams to define and execute pricing policies, including price setting, discounts, authorisations, and rebates. Monitor, report, and assess the impact of pricing strategies using advanced analytics. Develop and maintain pricing models to optimise revenue and profitability. Deliver monthly dashboards and performance insights to key stakeholders. Mentor and support team members to strengthen pricing capabilities across the business. Skills and Experience Proven experience in pricing analytics and price optimisation. Strong background in developing and implementing strategic pricing changes. Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex models. Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with SQL and BI tools is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
