Managing Director – Sales Focused / Exhibition Stands
Salary: Excellent Package with Share Options
Location: 1 hour commute of Oxfordshire
Working Hours: Based on site Mon - Friday

We are advertising on behalf of our client, an established and growing SME in the exhibition stand build sector, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales / Operations / Managing Director to lead their business. This is a unique opportunity for a strong operator with a sales bias to take the reins of a well-positioned company.
The current owner is looking to step back and is seeking a visionary leader who can drive the business forward. With sound operations and a healthy financial position, this is an ideal time for the right individual to join the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing business strategies
2. Driving revenue growth
3. Enhancing market presence
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the exhibition industry and have a proven track record in sales and management. You will be required to be on-site at the facility based in Oxfordshire, ideally located within an hour's commute from areas such as Warwick, Northampton, Daventry, Redditch, Oxford, and Coventry.
The compensation package includes an excellent salary along with share options.
