Job Advert About the Role As a Site Liaison Officer, you will be our key contact between Site Managers on new build housing developments and our back office. Reporting to our Installation and QC Manager in Scotland, you will carry out all field-based activities, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across Scotland and Northern England. Your main responsibilities include: Site Meetings (65%): Organise and attend pre-start meetings with Site Managers to set expectations, confirm installation processes, deliver RAMs, and establish lead times. Conduct forecasting visits to obtain a 3-month rolling programme and gain visibility of requirements. Pre-Installation Surveys (25%): Carry out technical pre-installation surveys for complex installations, ensuring everything is in place for a successful installation. Site Audits (10%): Inspect installations for quality control, conducting spot checks to maintain high standards and best practices. You will receive technical training on all technical aspects of the Solar PV Installation to understand the system and effectively carry out pre-installation surveys. The role involves regular travel, for which a company van will be provided. About You To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a field-based role Full driving licence Computer literacy (MS Applications) Experience in projects, site work, or construction CSCS card holder SSSTS certification (desirable) Additionally, you will possess: Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills Confidence and excellent communication skills for engaging with Site Managers and handling queries or issues Ability to follow technical drawings and templates for surveys Excellent written and oral communication skills About Us Eco2Solar, founded 17 years ago from our CEO Paul’s home, is now the UK’s largest Solar PV installer, and we have been invested in by EON.
