Role Synopsis: The integration coordinator creates, integrates, optimizes, progresses, and manages change to the integrated program schedule, enabling safe and efficient execution and delivery of operational targets. The ideal candidate will be the focal point of activity integration for the Mungo infills program and is responsible for providing accurate information to sponsors, partners and support teams, enabling the safe, effective, and efficient integration of activity across the functional delivery squads. Key outcomes and deliverables Delivers the integrated resource loaded plan for the Mungo HDJU program within site-based constraints for the duration of the infills campaign, ensuring deliverability and transparency on schedule performance to all partners. Provides resource levelling throughout the program, optimising POB, SIMOPs, and production impacting activity nesting to minimize production losses while increasing rig productive time. Manages helicopter logistics, providing resolution options for the Mungo Infills Project Manager to approve in the event of conflict or risk to program delivery. Carries out scenario testing to optimise the project plan and drives resolution of cross-functional squad conflicts in prioritization of activity execution, promptly raising to the Mungo Infills Project Manager when required to minimize impact to the program and business objectives. Facilitates integrated planning meetings, activity integration meetings, progress reviews, and planning performance meetings. Reviews scheduling KPI performance (attainment, stability, and control of work metrics) with site leadership, functional delivery squad leads, Project Manager, and sponsors with specific recommendations for performance improvement. Ensures awareness of Strategic Integration Advisor (SIA) of strategic building block (SBB) movements and Site Constrained Activity (SCA) movements from Tactical plan to Strategic plan. Works closely with SIA to transition 8Q Strategic activities into the 12 week tactical timeframe. Ensuring that the plan is “do-able”. Provides quality assurance and support for planning activities related to contractors selected to execute the program of work, evaluating and guiding contractors to ensure their schedule submissions and progress measurement tools meet the requirement standards. Fosters collaborative information sharing between team members and contractors to ensure alignment. Supports the development and maintenance of up-to-date schedule benchmarks for the program. What you will need to be successful: Strong capability within Primavera P6, Activity Integration Workbench (AIW), MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint. Experience in schedule risk analysis, progress reporting and demonstrable understanding of rules of credit. Strong ability to identify and articulate critical path(s), potential risks, and opportunities. Experience in planning and scheduling activities for multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written and graphical communication skills capable of producing clear reports and summary presentations that convey complex information simply. Strong communication skills to effectively integrate the plan being performed by multiple delivery functions and their respective contractors in a fast-paced and variable environment. Experience in applying and flexing the activity integration stage gate process including application of defined site constraints and management of >100 POB across day and night shifts. Analytical, data-driven approach with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Experience working with engineering and construction contractors, including crafting top-down, Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) logic-driven, networked schedules. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse sub-teams across multiple delivery functions to resolve issues and make decisions in the program’s best interest. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing direction and clarity when processes are undefined. Strong problem solving skills with demonstrable capability and drive to identify, analyse, and tackle risks, conflicts, and issues. You will work with… The position is deployed to the Mungo HDJU Infill Wells Project within the CNS production unit and will be accountable for delivery to the Project Manager. The successful candidate will join an extended leadership team consisting of 8 functional representatives who span across subsurface, wells, production, maintenance, engineering, and projects and will have daily interactions between teams located offshore and onshore.
