Job Title: Production Operations Manager Location: [Belfast, Multi-venue Events Environment] Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Must be flexible, including evenings/weekends) Reports To: Head of Production Job Summary: The Production Operations Manager is responsible for leading the technical and event crew teams to deliver high-quality production support for conferences and live events across multiple venues. This includes managing team performance, resource planning, health and safety compliance, and ensuring seamless event setup and execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop Technician and Crew teams, ensuring alignment with business goals Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management Coordinate technical setup and breakdown for events across multiple venues Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and team development Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client and organisational expectations Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience managing teams in a related industry Proven experience with team development and performance management Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Desirable: Experience in technical production (live events/business events) Health & safety certification (e.g. IOSH) Familiarity with CAD/Vectorworks Experience managing external suppliers and budgets Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland to be eligible for this role.
